Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management solution, which will give you full control over your mail accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new e-mailbox account in no time and administer its settings easily. What's more, you can redirect emails from one e-mail account to another, configure email filters, set up autoresponders and protect your e-mail boxes against spam e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a given email box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming e-mails based on specific criteria specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up a mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and choose the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming emails from one e-mailbox to another, or even to several other mail accounts. Simply specify the mail account you would like to redirect messages from, then select the target mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your email boxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or cellular phone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple e-mailboxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
